Cabin Policies
Damage Deposit
A $500 damage deposit is required upon arrival for all cabin rentals. The deposit is fully refundable within 7 days of checkout, provided no damage is found during our post-checkout inspection.
Pet Policy
Pets are welcome in Style #5 cabins (Sites 105 & 111) and Site 108 (Style #6) only. A maximum of 2 pets per cabin is allowed. Pets must be leashed at all times when outdoors. A non-refundable pet fee of $10 per pet per night applies. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.
No Smoking
All cabins are strictly non-smoking. Smoking is not permitted inside any cabin. A $250 cleaning fee will be assessed for any evidence of smoking indoors.
Hot Water
Cabins have limited hot water capacity. The water heater is a standard residential tank. Please plan showers accordingly, especially with larger groups.
No Maid Service
There is no daily maid or housekeeping service. Guests are responsible for keeping the cabin clean during their stay. Cabins must be swept and all trash removed at checkout. Failure to leave the cabin in acceptable condition may result in a charge against your damage deposit.
