Seasonal Policies
Deposits & Payment
100% deposit required at time of reservation. Site reservation deposit of $500 is non-refundable. Gate card deposit ($50/card, max 2) and cleanup deposit ($200) are refundable under applicable conditions.
Cancellation Policy
No refunds on seasonal reservations. All deposits are charged at the time of reservation.
Golf Cart Registration
Seasonal campers may register electric golf carts. Application fee: $25. Seasonal fee: $150 (or $125 without May usage). Additional drivers: $50 each. Electric carts only (Yamaha, E-Z-GO, Club Car). Insurance required with $100,000 minimum liability.
Site Maintenance
Seasonal campers are responsible for keeping their site clean and maintained throughout the season. Sites must be left clean at checkout for cleanup deposit refund.
Winter Storage
Winter storage is available for trailers ($450), decks ($100), and decks with items ($200). Contact the office for availability and details.
